Legal Relations
Internet service owned by the Turistčkog trades "Klub Tours," Dear 33, 51512 Njivice, Croatia (hereinafter KLUB TOURS), guarantees the implementation of mediation in the sale of accommodation via the Internet except in the case of exceptional circumstances (war, riots, strikes, death or host disease, etc.). 
Admission to the reservation over the Internet can handle adult (hereinafter client).
The landlord or a travel agency on the ground in whose jurisdiction includes the requested accommodation (hereinafter representative) provides all forms of assistance from the client to accept the departure of the client.

Privacy Policy
Results www.appkrk.com can be freely viewed. If you choose to use some of our services, you are obliged to leave us the requested personal information necessary during the process of reservation and rental of the required services. When business use only the information obtained directly from you, and the information that we provide maximum remain protected.

Reservations and payment
When sending a query, the client representative and automatically sends an e-mail with information about the query.
A representative will check the availability of the requested accommodation and verify the client the possibility of making reservations or to offer alternate opportunities.
Klub Tours client sends the invoice for payment of the deposit with all the necessary information.
The amount of the deposit is 20% for accommodation.
Upon execution of payment, Klub Tours client sends a travel document (voucher), which confirms the client as a provider of accommodation.
The balance is paid directly representative on arrival.

Payment methods
Paying by bank transfer to a foreign currency account agencies.
Paying by bank transfer to the account the agency (within the territory of Croatia).

Additional information
Price includes the basic service as described in the booked accommodation unit. Special services (in the description of the highlighted terms "additional services", "by arrangement", "on request", "at the request of "...) are not included in the price unless stated otherwise. The customer service is required to specify when you submit your query.
Price does not include travel insurance from the risk of traveling.
The accommodation units are described according to the official categorization of the authorized institutions on the basis of insight into the real situation. 
The client's request for change of reservation will be met if possible. The potential costs of these changes, the customer will be notified. 
For baggage that has been destroyed, lost, damaged or stolen in the unit responsible client.

The right of passengers to change and cancellation
Cancellation or changes to the booked accommodation, you can do only in writing (e-mail or fax).
Klub Tours will make a change booked accommodation if the accommodation is available for replacement. If a replacement accommodation comes to the price difference, the client is required to escort the other accommodation to pay the price difference. Replacement accommodation for the client will receive a new invoice with all the necessary data as well as a new travel document (voucher).
Changes of accommodation refers to the change of accommodation unit.
In the event of changes lack staying on-site customer is required to pay the contracted amount of the stay in its entirety.
In case of cancellation charged administrative costs of agencies that are in the amount of the deposit, which means that the advance is not refunded.
With the consent of the general business conditions
It is considered that all parties agree with the general business conditions and to accept the same:

- Of booking accommodation (Klub Tours).
